The competition was very exciting and Jessica was feeling very nervous, but at the end she left the North Shore Events Centre happily. Well done, Jessica!

I came to the disco with Chae-won, Ho-yun, Hyo-won, Ho-yun’s older sister Sae ran, Chae-won’s neighbour Yue-na, and Jessica. We danced, sang, ate and had fun. Multicultural Club

At Milford School every Friday lunchtime at 12.40 we go to room 9 for a special Multicultural Club. Around 14 of the same people come every week to learn about different countries & their languages. Some of the countries we have learnt about are Mexico & Korea. We have learnt some of the basic words from their countries such as hello & holla etc.

Near the end of term three, a lady from Taiwan came and cooked some food from Taiwan. It was yummy!

Some of the rescores we use in multicultural club include books, computers & talking to people from the specific country.
We put together posters with translation pictures, facts & more. We are proud of our work that we did this year & hope to learn about many more countries.
