Another Prize Winner at Milford School
On 3rd of December 2008 , I went to Korean Embassy which was in the city. This was a competition, writing about South Korea and North Korea wishing to be together and be one country because they were split up because of the war. More than 400 people came and wrote poems about this. Out of all the people who came to compete, I came third and I got a trophy, two books about New Zealand and Korean History and a book of all the poems of people who entered the competition. I also got a $100 voucher. It was very fun and exciting because this was my first experience to compete in writing.

Our first impressions of Milford School
When I first came to Milford School, I felt nervous. I was also excited because the school activities are not the same as in my school in Korea. I like the food, too. In New Zealand, we can bring our own lunch or we can have a lunch order.
