Today is Pepero Day in Korea. Pepero is a snack that looks like long thin sticks with a chocolate coating. It is celebrated on 11 November, because the sticks look like four number 1111. They are very yummy. When we go to school on that day, we put Peperos on our friends' desks.
Milford School is located on the shore of Lake Pupuke in Auckland, New Zealand. Our teacher is Mrs.Gordana Stanojevic, but we call her Mrs.S, as her surname is too long. Mrs. S came from Serbia almost twenty years ago. She has taught ESOL for a very long time, both in NZ and in her home country. In our department, we also have two teacher aides, Miss Tracye Eriksen and Mrs.Yiha Kim. From 2016 we have a Chinese speaking teacher for two days a week, Mrs. Lillian Ku.
